I have a client with an insignia range in an RV she purchased almost a year ago. She has been having issues with her range the last 6 months. How do I reach tech Support

Did this range come pre-installed in the RV when it was purchased or was it a stand alone purchase and then installed to the RV? In the mean time, Insignia products do carry a limited warranty so i it's been over a year, unless some kind of extended warranty was purchased, it would be a repair at cost to you.

 

Since Insignia is a Best Buy brand, you can reach out to the local store for information on how to best go about troubleshooting and repairs for your range. Just so you know, I can't find this product on the insignia page or on the Best Buy site which may lead me to believe it is discontinued.

For this query, I definitely recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance with available options. Alternatively, if the range was installed as part of the RV's manufacture, it may be helpful to contact the dealership where the vehicle was purchased for additional support.
