Hi, Brady12,
Welcome to our community! Thank you for your purchase of a 7 Cu. Ft. freezer. We’re sorry to hear that it’s not cooling as expected yet and you may have lost some Popsicles due to this issue.
Are you still having an issue with your freezer cooling? If you are, can you please verify that you’ve checked the following things regarding your freezer?
-Is your refrigerator securely plugged in?
-Can you please double check the outlet it’s plugged into is the correct voltage rating and matches what’s noted on the back of your freezer?
-Also, have you attempted to adjust the freezer setting and put on the Max setting?
We look forward to your reply to see what further advice or suggestions we can make on your behalf.

Hey, Brady12,
Thanks for sharing that everything seems to be connected correctly on your end and the setting is on Max. Can you please give our advanced Insignia Support teams a call at (877) 467-4289? They’d be best positioned to provide some additional troubleshooting steps and/or offer what the next steps would be in this matter.
