I purchased the Insignia Wine Cooler NS-WC29SS9 and the display works but does not respond to input. It cools at 50 degrees which is too cold for my reds. Any assist is appreciated.  WG

Yes. The panel is locked. Hold down the lock button for about 3 seconds and it will chime signifying it is unlocked. I believe it will lock again automatically.
