Insignia Refrigerator NS-RTM10WH7 Lack of Parts Support

I purchased several of the NS-RTM10WH7 model Insignia refrigerators in June 2018.  A couple the refrigerators have broken plastic bottle holder trays in the door.

 

In attempt to get replacement parts, I spent over 1.5 hours on the phone with Geek Squad, Insignia Product support and Encompass Parts Store.  I was told at Insignia that the part was available, but only for products in warranty. 

The part number for r-large-tray I'm told is 12131000005531.

 

I was then told by Encompass that the manufacturer no longer makes the part.  These refrigerators are 2,5 years old!

 

I understand that Insignia is a Best Buy brand.  This is absolutely terrible product support!  I am sorry that I bought these refrigerator from Best Buy and will reconsider making further purchases if this is the type of support your company provides its products.

 

If there is way to get this part, please let me know.
