I ordered the Insignia Chest Freezer over a month ago in December. Best Buy has attempted to Deliver the freezer FOUR times - three times the freezer has arrived severely dented and sent back, the fourth time the truck broke down. I have been on the call with best buy constantly attempting to get this freezer and ensure it arrives without dents. I have requested each and every time that they inspect the freezer for dents BEFORE they attempt to deliver it - this has never happened.
After the last failed order, I was told a replacement would not be available until March (3 months delayed). I requested a comparable item and they did not provide any.
The delivery service is a joke - I have been without a freezer for over a month. Extremely careless and unreliable.
I would not recommend purchasing any appliance from Best Buy if you want it to arrive in new condition or on time.
