Hi! We bought a 5.0 cu. ft. freezer and waited 4 hours before plug-in after unboxing. After 1 night a bottle of water we placed inside the freezer is not even cold. We turned it off and waited another 6 hours before re-plugging back in and wait another night, still nothing. I called the store we picked up the freezer from and waited 28 mins with no response. What can I do? I followed all the troubleshooting guidelines and still not able to get the unit to be cole. Help please!!!

There are a couple of options you may pursue. Firstly, I'd recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance with further troubleshooting for your chest freezer. They may be able to suggest other options to get you up and running.
Alternatively, you may return the chest freezer to your local store for an exchange. Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise allows for the return or exchange of most products within 15 days of purchase (30 days for My Best Buy Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members).
