How to buy another freezer basket for Insignia 5 cu ft chest freezer NS-CZ5OWHO?

I tried calling Insignia to ask but they were already closed.  

I tried ordering one from Amazon but it just barely did NOT fit...

You can reach them by calling (877) 467-4289 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time. They should be able to assist you in selecting the right basket for your freezer without issue.
