My freezer (CZ50WH0) is about 10 days old. I was told range is +10 to -10 degrees. It would only get to about -2 but was working. Today I noticed it was +6 and was set to near max and wasn't running. I rotated the thermostat and no click. I unplugged it for a few min and then plugged in and set to max. 4 hours later it's at +4 and not cycled on. I played with the thermostat and got it the compressor to run. Since I have a lot of food in there I'm getting concerned and I keep checking the temp every hour and I know there are no units for me to get as a replacement anywhere around. I'm open to suggestions as I'm getting concerned about the food.  I need some suggestions and help please.

You'll want to make sure that there is clearance around the vent portion of the freezer so the air can be moved. If that doesn't help, please call Insignia support at (877) 467-4289 for additional troubleshooting steps.
