covid-19 is your excuse still?

Trying to get your items delivered from best buy is a nightmare. Between them selling used, broken returns as new, and their outsourced customer service. I'm sorry I don't want to speak with anyone contacted by bestbuy to wait on hold. Fyi- those customer support agents don't have the power to do anything. It's intentionally done to waste your time and frustrate you so they can hangup on you. They won't transfer you to a real supervisor, they just put you on hold in their sweatshop and pass it to their buddy. These are the same places that send you phishing and scam emails. Best buy is a joke of a company and I'm waiting to see them go out of business.
