Shipt said my order was signed and delivered

Shipt shopper said it was delivered to my house and it was signed. I was not there as I was originally told it was going to come the day after. The package is missing and I lost 800$ because of this.

I’m scared as this was my new laptop for this semester of college since my other laptop is broken. I’m scared, I don’t know what to do.

I don’t know if best buy will send me another laptop or refund

Did they provide a delivery photo?
