I am messaging about my ship to store order that has been delayed with no estimated pickup date noted. I made this purchase on November 26th when the item was in stock, but now if I tried to reorder the product, it is no longer in stock. I am concerned that I will not get this order or that my order will be cancelled because the item no longer exists. Would anyone be able to confirm that this item is actually en route to me and when a real estimated arrival date would be for this product? If I knew Best Buy's shipping system was so terrible that it cannot generate a tracking number, I would have never purchased the item here.
I have tried to PM one mod (Alex) and cannot message anyone else due to the private messaging bug where it tells me my limt has been reached. And yes, I already tried the troubleshooting steps involving clearing cookies/browser cache and signing out and back in.
