Hello

I purchased three 25.00 Roblox gift cards on 12/23/2022. When my kids tried to redeem them on 12/25/2022 only two if the cards worked. The third kept saying something went wrong please try again later everytime we tried to redeem it. We tried many times. Today the code is still not working.

I have called customer service and been bounced around for an hour with no help. I am requesting a new code or a refund please.

If I had known that buying a Roblox giftcard from Best Buy was sort of like buying a lottery ticket--maybe you'll get the robucks, maybe you won't, but you still pay $25.00 regardless--I would have purchased the giftcards elsewhere.

Selling gift cards that don't work is a scam and it is illegal.

Was this an online purchase or was this online? Staff here can help with online card purchases, if this was in a retail store you would need to go back there and get it activated.
