Hi!
I ordered the SONY WH-1000XM4 Wireless noise-cancelling over the ear headphones in the color silver. My package was supposed to be delivered this afternoon on 11/25/2022. I live in an apartment complex, and I have checked everywhere including the nearby building, where they sometimes accidentally deliver to. I still cannot find my package even though it says that it's been delivered, on the details of the delivery it also says that the item has been damaged in the delivery process, which I don't know yet since it hasn't been delivered to me even though it says it is.
Hope I can receive some help with this.
