Item Delay - Store Pickup Order - Please Help

So I purchased a Samsung HW-Q990B soundbar on Black Friday at and opted for In Store pickup. At the time, the site stated my soundbar would be available for pickup on Friday December 2nd.

Well, once Friday hit, my item status went from Preparing for Pickup Today to Item Delayed.

I've already called the Best Buy 800 number and escalated and was told someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours but this hasn't happened yet.

When will I be able to pick up my item? I'd like to get this ASAP. Can anyone here help with this?
