Today I went to my local Best Buy To exchange a Black Ember mug for a White Ember mug. I had purchased two mugs ( a black one and a white one) on sale for for $99.95. When I tried to exchange the black mug for another white mug I was charged $35.04 more. The store manager said it was no longer on sale and that was the best he could do. I don't understand why I couldn't do an even exchange. The original box was not opened and could have been put back on the shelf. I wish to elevate this to the district or regional manager. Where can I find there contact informaion?

These forums are not meant for immediate help. If you need this you will need to call the 888 number and speak to a rep about your issue. A mod will reply to you when they are able to. If you already reached out to them via another platform I would continue to work with them there as they are the same staff that also works on the forums as well.
