Hi,
Vanessa on your Instagram replied to a comment I made about a Cyber Monday TV purchase that wasn't fulfilled. She has provided me false information and done nothing to resolve the issues I'm facing with Best Buy.
My name: Trong {removed per forum guidelines}

Email: {removed per forum guidelines}
Purchase Date:Nov 28, 2022
Order Number:{removed per forum guidelines}
Model:65R646 SKU:6470277
TCL - 65" Class 6-Series Mini-LED QLED 4K UHD Smart Google TV
I purchased this online on Cyber Monday for pickup at the West Covina, CA location. It showed in stock when I placed the order. By that night, I saw the order was ready for pick up, but it was too close to closing time for me to get there. I also saw that the TV was available at the Costa Mesa, CA location so I had the pick up transferred there. The TV was in stock, I transferred the pick up, and then a day later, I get an email saying the item is not in stock.
I was also billed for the West Covina purchase, even though I never received the TV. When I transferred pick up locations to Costa Mesa, the order said the taxes and fees were updated. They were updated to be less than what I was paying at West Covina. But I was already charged $662.99, which is the West Covina price. The charge is not pending. It has posted to my credit card. And I see no reversal pending. There is also a pending charge for $652.49, which is the price at Costa Mesa.
I'll need to be refunded the difference, and also not be charged twice for this one TV.
The TV is available online again, but for $100 more than what showed during Cyber Monday.
Since Best Buy has already charged my credit card and I have not received my TV, Best Buy has stolen my money. I need my TV asap. And adequate compensation for this theft and hassle.
Regards,
Trong
