Price Match Guarantee

*If you are a Best Buy Totaltech™ or My Best Buy® member and you purchase a qualifying item (those identified 10/18/21–11/18/21 with a “Black Friday Prices Guaranteed” message on the store price tag and on BestBuy.com) and the price of the qualifying item goes lower than your purchase price prior to November 26, 2021, we will refund you for the difference between your purchase price and the lower price. Price applies to new items and excludes coupon, bundle (excluding qualified activation), free-with-purchase offers, discounted pricing after a trade in and pricing errors. Discounts due to carrier bill credit and trade-in offers are not included in the purchase price total for mobile phones for purposes of the Black Friday Price Guarantee. Best Buy plans reimbursement of the price difference in the following ways: Credit card purchases will be reimbursed on the credit card used at time of purchase; purchases with a Best Buy Gift Card will be reimbursed on the purchasing gift card; purchases with My Best Buy certificates will be reimbursed as My Best Buy points; and cash purchases will be reimbursed via a check mailed to the address on record for the My Best Buy account. Best Buy reserves the right to send a gift card or e-gift card as a method of reimbursement for the difference. Reimbursements are scheduled to take place by December 15, 2021.

 

 

 

Special considerations:

 

  •  At the time of sale, we price match all local retail competitors (including their online prices) and we price match products shipped from and sold by these major online retailers: Amazon.com, Crutchfield.com, Dell.com, HP.com and TigerDirect.com.
  • We match our online and app prices on in-store purchases and our in-store prices on online and app purchases.
  • If we lower our in-store, online or app price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request.
  • Our Price Match Guarantee covers new items (excludes clearance and open-box items). One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.

 

Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:

 

  • The online prices of retailers not listed in the "Special considerations" section.    
  • Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites.
  • Pricing only available to select groups of customers including My Best Buy® members, loyalty offers, discounts relating to non-warehouse membership or paid loyalty programs and government exchange store offers.
  • Transactions from Best Buy Education, Best Buy for Business and from a Best Buy Marketplace store on a third-party website (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Google).
  • Competitor offers including contract cell phones, service prices (including delivery and installation charges), pre-order offers, rent/lease to own items, liquidation offers, trade-in offers, items denoted as Black Friday pricing and special daily or hourly sales.
  • Any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, subscription services, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, Point of Sale Activation cards, video game discounts related to a membership program, voice-only deals, and items for sale the Sunday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, whether offered by us or a competitor.

 

How do I request a price match from a Best Buy or Pacific Sales retail store?

 

When making a purchase, or during the return and exchange period, please talk to a Customer Specialist or go to the Customer Service desk for help with your price match request. Please tell us about the lower price that is still in effect that you want our retail store to price match. We will then review and verify the price match request. A price match request after a purchase at a store for items shipped to the customer can only be requested by the purchaser (the person who was listed in the "Bill To" section of the order).

 

How do I request a price match from BestBuy.com?

 

When making a purchase, or during the return and exchange period, price match requests from BestBuy.com are handled via online chat or phone. Please tell us about the lower price that is still in effect that you want us to price match. We will then review and verify the price match request. By phone, call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) for a BestBuy.com price match request. Online chat price match requests must be made by the product purchaser. We reserve the right to limit price match online chat requests.

 

BestBuy.com price match requests cannot be completed in our stores or via e-mail. Shipping/delivery charges will not be included in the price comparison. Purchases from a Smartphone application/website, and BestBuy.com orders with store pickup are considered BestBuy.com purchases for purposes of the Price Match Guarantee. A price match request after a purchase for items shipped to the customer can only be requested by the purchaser (the person who was listed in the "Bill To" section of the order).

Price Match Guarantee

I recently purchased a home security system. 3 Blink outdoor cameras, the Blink video doorbell, and a blink indoor mini.

Recently, the 3 pack of blink cameras and doorbell have gone on sale through Amazon through a bundle price (and have been lowered individually as well). I was directed towards that bundle savings through retailers do not qualify for the price match guarantee but my question is the product bundle is available in one single purchase on Amazon. But when I add a 3 pack of cameras to my cart along with the video doorbell to my cart (both individually) it takes the price off.

Would this still not qualify?
