Problems with Vizio V656-G4 and exchanges

I recently purchased a Vizio 65” tv. The model is V656-G4. The tv came in destroyed. The screen was completely shattered. Called customer service, got a replacement, no issues. However, 10 days later that same replacement has about 10 dead pixels in the middle of the screen. Called customer service, they can’t replace it due to me getting it replaced one time already. Although the tv firs in the holiday return period and only being 10 days. Spoke with the supervisor which approved the return but she had to connect me with POS or something. Then the CSR comes back and says the same thing, no return or exchange because I already replaced the tv because it came broken? My only option is to take it to a store to see if they can work with me. I explain that the tv is 65” and that it does not fit in my car. Was told just to get an u haul and take it there... are you serious?
