a month ago, back during one of the big sales, i placed a order from bestbuy.com. just a $3.99 bluray. within due time i received it. it was exactly what i ordered, i got it at a great price, and i was happy with it. so why am i here you ask? well, oddly enough, today(exactly a month later) i just received a full refund that i didnt expect, and never asked for. im not complaining, but i thought i would let someone know you had a glitch somewhere.
i would have contacted customer service directly, but they seem to have made that impossible other than by phone, and while i am an honest person, im not about to waste a whole day on hold for a $4 error in my favor.

Give me a second to check my list that someone was supposed to check twice! All kidding aside, we truly appreciate your post and the heads up about the charges you were seeing.
