Purchased item yesterday and went thru smoothly.
Today tried and both say payment failed. Tried both my credit card and Paypal. This makes no sense.

I placed an order today at 5:30pm. I chose to pick up the items(fire sticks) in store and have a TV(Cyber Monday Doorbuster) shipped because it wasnt available for pickup. The website said ready in one hour. I went into the store at 7:30pm to see if my order was ready and they said it had not been sent to them to fill and was still stuck on preparing. They couldn't fill it so I left...
I came home and called customer service to ask what the issue was because this has happened once before where the credit card put a hold on the purchase until they confirmed it, but never called or emailed to actually confirm.
When I spoke to customer service they said that it was because of the holiday and their system was slow. It is now 10:21pm and the order is still stuck in preparing, but I know for a fact the product is available in store because I was just there..
Customer service said just to wait for an email. However, I am pretty sure this is another credit card issue and the credit card company(Best Buy Card) is not reaching out to confirm so it cannot be resolved. The item I am trying to purchase is only available today and limited quantity. So if they don't correct their mistake I may miss out on the sale.
Can someone please reach out and help me get this corrected? My best buy account login eail is the same as this one.

So, on 11/23/18 I ordered a gaming computer, monitor, and gaming headset all at the same time and it went through just fine. Though, just yesterday I logged into Best Buy to find that I needed to update payment info and the outstanding balance is $0.00. I tried updating it, but it still wouldn't go through. Then, my dad checked his card purchases and it showed that the amount was taken out, but there was another purchase of $2,100 that we did not recognize. We got all of that sorted out by the bank and the bank told us that the purchase for the comp, monitor, and headset was completed and the fraud purchase was removed. Although, when I go and log in to check my order, it still says update payment info? What should I do? Should I cancel the order or will it just take a while for the order to update? I just need want to know if my order is fine. I don't want to waste $2,300+ dollars on a computer that I won't receive. Any help is much appreciated

So I placed an order for instore pickup using my Best Buy card, I have picked the items up except for one that has been taking a few extra days, and I receive an email from Best Buy stating that my payment needs updated as they could not process my payment. I go to update my payment and it says outstanding balance $0.00... Once again, I have already picked up my items, and the purchase also is showing on my best buy card bakance... Any ideas?

I tried buying an item online and used paypal as my form of payment but I got an error message. But, I got an email from PayPal saying:
"Thank you for your order at Best Buy Co, money won't leave your account until Best Buy Co processes your order".
I can't find the item in my order history or anything so I'm not sure what to do.
