I have an order which should have been ready on 11/30 for pickup, but no updates yet other than email says it was delayed and I need to wait a month. Can you check if this is going to be fulfilled or cancelled. I do not want to wait anymore to get a cancellation email. Just cancel my order and process the refund.

I placed and order on Black Friday for two movies, which you guys shipped out on 11/23/18 and I have yet to receive the item. The last update was on 11/27/18 from the USPS showing the item is "In Transit". I already open a Missing Mail search via the USPS website using the tracking information and contents. In the meantime, I wanted to reach out to Best Buy Support as to inquire on possible alternative solutions. I understand this is a USPS issue regarding the missing mail and that is not Best Buy's fault, but like any concern customer, I need to look at a possible resolution from the point of purchase.
I can send the necessary info upon request like tracking number, account info, etc.

I have an order that was supposed to arrive on November 23rd, it was a scheduled delivery and until now I have not received information about the status of my order, which I want to cancel, it does not give me any other option when selecting the order status more than this out of delivery
can you help me see how I can cancel it since I do not want to buy

I ordered something online 11/24 and it originally said delivered on the ups tracking site. Now it says "The post office was unable to deliver the UPS SurePost® package as addressed. Please contact the sender for assistance." I am unsure who to contact from Best Buy and how to make sure I will still receive my package.

I did some purchases the Nov 23 that should have been delivered the Dec 3 but on that same day that it was supposed to be shipped the status of the order changed to order delayed and now (Dec 4) if doesn´t even show an estimated shipping date, also I received an email telling that if the order cannot be shipped by Jan 2 it will be canceled, so I will have to wait a whole month to know if my order will be delivered?
Is nice to advise that there will be some delay but also would be nice to know when the order will be coming home, some people have to travel or have a busy schedule and need to know when a package will come so they can make some free time to receive it.

I purchased a monitor online and chose the option to have it delivered by December 1st. As of November 28th, the store I ordered from sees the status as "Shipped". My online portal shows "delayed". Please help me locate where this is at, or help me cancel. I have ordered from best buy plenty of times as I have been a card member for years, but this will seriously prevent me from using it going forward if it is going to be un-reliable. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
