Order has been ‘Preparing’ for days

I had reserved an item for in-store pick-up but the item was sold out at the store and could not be fulfilled. The order stayed opened and I noticed I could change it to ship instead, so I did. The order has now been in the ‘Preparing’ phase for a few days I was hoping to find out when the item will ship.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

My order hasn't arrived yet

I placed an online order on 11/16/18. My order was expected to arrive at my house on 11/21/18. I haven't received any thing. The Best buy site has my order marked as shipped. The USPS tracker states that it has only received an electronic message but no merchandise to bring me. Please check.

Can't track my order

Hello, I'm having an issue with tracking my order (I didn't have a account but I made an order through google/ best buy.com)
Everytime I try to track my order it says to enter a valid order number but that's the order number I was given so I'm very confused.

When does a 'WILL SHIP WHEN AVAILABLE' purchase charge?

Purchased an SD card that was in stock in a store too far too drive to online and shipping said "Getting more soon. FREE Shipping: We'll notify you when it's ready to ship." I wanted to know when this order will charge my card? I know some websites don't charge until shipping.

Delivery date LIE

I purchased an Xbox One X on 11/21 online at bestbuy.com, and it had free 2 day shipping and it said clear as day, "delivered by 11/23". I understand Thanksgiving was the next day, but it still said "Delivered by 11/23" so I went ahead and purchased it. Well, it's 11/24 and now the tracking information says that I'll get it "11/26 by end of day." The whole reason why I purchased it from Best Buy was to get it in two days and not have to pick it up in store from somewhere else during the Black Friday madness. 

 

It makes me sick how they straight up lied to a customer. After I received my package (If I ever do), I won't be buying from Best Buy anymore.They don't understand all the stress and turmoil this has caused within the family (it was going to be a present) They've lost a customer. 

 

I hope this can get to someone who works at the corporate office or somehwere in the ranks of Best Buy. This whole thing just sickens me.

I'm dealing with the same problem. Best Buy said I would receive my order on 11/23, and now the tracking details says I'll be receiving it 11/26 by end of day. I am not going to hold my breath since Best Buy seems to be a bunch of liars.

Thanksgiving order stuck no delivery date

I ordered google pixel 3 on thanksgiving day as part of deal. But the order shows status order received and there is no delivery date. What should I expect with this order? Will it ever go through? Does it ship in days, weeks or months?

Delayed Order

I had made a pickup order on November 17 of a Touch-Screen Chromebook that is supposed to arrive today, November 24, but it seems that it is delayed and it says that,
“We’re sorry, we’re working on it. If we can’t get it to the store by Mon, December 24, we’ll let you know and cancel the order.”

I need this computer ASAP and I wanted to know how to find out when it will arrive or an estimate time of when it can arrive. Will it take long? Should I be worried?
Earlier it said that the computer was shipped and that it was arriving and now it’s delayed, why is that?
