I had reserved an item for in-store pick-up but the item was sold out at the store and could not be fulfilled. The order stayed opened and I noticed I could change it to ship instead, so I did. The order has now been in the ‘Preparing’ phase for a few days I was hoping to find out when the item will ship.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Purchased an SD card that was in stock in a store too far too drive to online and shipping said "Getting more soon. FREE Shipping: We'll notify you when it's ready to ship." I wanted to know when this order will charge my card? I know some websites don't charge until shipping.

I purchased an Xbox One X on 11/21 online at bestbuy.com, and it had free 2 day shipping and it said clear as day, "delivered by 11/23". I understand Thanksgiving was the next day, but it still said "Delivered by 11/23" so I went ahead and purchased it. Well, it's 11/24 and now the tracking information says that I'll get it "11/26 by end of day." The whole reason why I purchased it from Best Buy was to get it in two days and not have to pick it up in store from somewhere else during the Black Friday madness.
It makes me sick how they straight up lied to a customer. After I received my package (If I ever do), I won't be buying from Best Buy anymore.They don't understand all the stress and turmoil this has caused within the family (it was going to be a present) They've lost a customer.
I hope this can get to someone who works at the corporate office or somehwere in the ranks of Best Buy. This whole thing just sickens me.
