No confirmation email or order status on site

I’ve seen a couple posts of people not getting confirmation emails or seeing their orders show up under recent purchases. Is there a certain timeframe I should wait before calling customer service?? It’s been more than an hour

No order confirmation and no purchase history

I made a purchase for store pick up but never received a confirmation email nor is the order showing in my purchase history.

In my naivety I figured the order just didn't go through and placed it again. I once again did not receive an update or email and now that I am seeing others having issues, I could really use some help getting an update on both orders and cancelling one of them.

Why is this marked solved? This is clearly not solved and we were all moved into this thread with zero communications from customer support. At least give a reply.

Online purchase no confirmation

I ordered something this morning from the website and have not received a confirmation. It has been 2 hours since I purchased. It does now show on my order history but has been deducted from my bank account.

Same for me. I bought a TV with in-store pickup. I was charged already, but have gotten no confirmation and it isn't showing up on my account. It's been several hours. I logged in for the purchase, not guest

Same for me. Ordered a new phone this morning, thinking I could avoid lines purchasing it online for store pickup since it’s in stock.
Website said they’ll both email and text me (chose that option on order updates through text too) and haven’t received either. That’s fine, it is a busy day, but I expect a RECIPT for proof of purchase. I don’t even have my order number! How am I suppose to track it?! I can’t.

I ordered as a guest so it isn’t in my ability to check it through the website. I am awaiting a receipt email but it’s taking a long time. Called about it and no word besides there system is slow and to give it more time. Yeah, ok. What a mistake. I’d cancel this right now and order it elsewhere if it wouldn’t take their system 2 days to refund my money probably.

So now I await an email in hopes I can eat my item paid for today... when it’s there in store waiting for me... but I can’t grab it until this stupid email goes through. Ugh.

Same boat - placed an order at 10:00am - still nothing.  No email - charged, not showing on my account, etc.  Contacted support was told

So.....they didn't prepare for today then?  Not like this is the first black friday ever - or - I don't know - they don't sell tech items - so you would imagine their tech platform would be up to snuff but apparently not....

 

If no email within the next hour I will be chatting again - 3 hrs and no confirmation about it is unacceptable.

No order confirmation

I placed an order online this morning at bestbuy.com but I have not received an order confirmation. Can you assist?
