Same boat - placed an order at 10:00am - still nothing. No email - charged, not showing on my account, etc. Contacted support was told

So.....they didn't prepare for today then? Not like this is the first black friday ever - or - I don't know - they don't sell tech items - so you would imagine their tech platform would be up to snuff but apparently not....
If no email within the next hour I will be chatting again - 3 hrs and no confirmation about it is unacceptable.
