Already called customer service twice, but they couldn't find my order. Please help!!! My credit card already got charged too.

Delayed order and now I have a few questions

On November 22, I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy S9+. After the order was placed, I noticed that the phone was still available for purchase, or at the very least the 256gb model was. The 128gb models were all sold out. (im going to make a point with this in a second.) After the order was placed, I was notified that the order would be delivered by December 3rd, which happens to be one day later that I am writing this email. Of course, as of yesterday, I was told that I would be recieving this phone on January 2nd or the order will be cancelled, which ever happens to occur first i guess. Now with all that information provided my questions are as follows:

 

1. At the time of the black friday sales, your website had the phones in stock, otherwise they wouldnt be available for purchase, but with the delay of this phone, did your company actually run out of stock without mentioning this to anyone? (after reading the forums this seems to have happened a few times before where people bought a product that was no longer in stock, and had to deal with order delays.)

 

 

2. In regards to my order, since it's been delayed I was wondering if its possible to just have it changed to a pick up order instead? Clearly the item hasnt been shipped, so I dont think this would be impossible. At this point id rather just walk in to my nearby store and pick it up rather than wait for my order and run the risk of something happening to my package (whether it be getting lost in the mail, or being delivered to the wrong house. (another common thing ive seen on here, which seems like an all new headache id rather not deal with)

 

Overall, I really dont see how Best Buy delays orders so often, yet other companies manage to handle orders the first time, and I hope this company finds a way to permanently fix this type of problem.

   After about 12 hrs, I still haven't received an e-mail confirmation for the online order and it doesn't show up in my purchase history. Please help. Thanks.

Order delayed being processed

Monday morning I ordered online for in store pickup. Thinking I could save time by ordering ahead, the item was available at the store and ready to go. Long story short skip ahead 48 hours and my order is still being processed. Very inconvenient for me. I was charged the full amount immediately but now have to wait days for it to process before I can go pick it up. I could have just went to the store that day and bought it. Now my money is tied up as I can't even cancel the order until it gets processed. Was told on the phone to wait 24 hours (which is ridiculous by itself let alone 48 and counting) then when I called the next day I was told again to give it 24hours. Is there anyway to push this order through?/

Reserve?? for a week now? Toshiba 50" LED 2160 Smart TV

So upon reading other complaints of reserve status on thier orders, I'd like to check on if this order is actually stocked and ready to be delivered on the Dec. 10th date shown.   I will private message you with the details you request.  I've read many horror stories pertaining to the "Reserve Status".   Although it's only the 5th, I'm not anticipating a good outcome based on what I've read.   As of now I'd like to find the store where this open box exists and I'd rather actually pick it up in store than wait to be disappointed on the 10th.  Reason I have a feeling it won't be delivered at that time is that, today it is Wed. the 5th.  The 10th is a Tues.  The item had free shipping which most likely means it will be shipped ground.  Unless it's local and it's shipped today, then it most probably won't hit my house on time.  I'd love to be pleasantly suprised.   Let me know what details you need to ascertain that indeed you do have the TV in stock.

Going on 72 hours now and told by customer support to "wait 24 hours and maybe it will be processed." Oh my, hard for them to remain professional when it's been 3 days and all they can say is maybe.

In store pickup experience

November 23rd. My wife and I decided to go to Best Buy because we wanted to splurge for the holiday season. My wife ends up ordering the newer Apple Watch, and I order two high end monitors. They said neither were currently in store and needed to be ordered. Once ordered the monitors were expected December 4th and the Apple Watch was to be determined because of back order. Ok cool we can wait. A week later a friend buys an identical Apple Watch from Best Buy and the website says available in store now. We call they just read our order status to be determined. Same thing when we called the 1-888 number. Decided to just cancel the watch and go back in to see if we can get it. The cancellation process flaws a manager calls us and said there is a problem. He cancelled the order and redid it so we can come in and pick up the watch. So we did cool we got the watch stuff happens we weren’t upset. But now we’re 2 days past for the monitors and 2 weeks since we ordered them. The cost for the two monitors is over $1,000. They got our money but no one can track them down or knows what’s going on with hem. They just tell us they’re enroute with no details and they’ve been telling us this for a week. They now say pickup delayed if they don’t arrive be Jan 4th they’ll auto cancel. Well I’m upset and I already waited 2 weeks I called the store and the 1-888 number and neither can cancel the order to refund me. I just want to go to another store so I can buy them. I even asked for a supervisor and they wouldn’t even get me in contact with them. The store says he was busy and the 1-888 number they disconnected me on the transfer. It’s rediculous that I do t even have the product yet and they won’t refund me for what I ordered that they’re late of. I don’t recommend in-store pick up or home orders. I will only buy what’s on the shelf now. But I will be calling everyday to get my refund because having to wait another month is rediculous.

If you did receive the order confirmation you can go to the following to Find a Quest Order.  You require the Order Number, Last Name, & Phone Number to be able to search for your guest order information.
