Geek Squad Refurbished - Refusing Support and Replacement

I bought a pair of Bluetooth Beats earphones for my husband for Christmas through Geek Squad’s certified refurbished program. They do not hold a charge and often will not turn on. They have a 90 day limited warranty, which no one wants to honor. Spent an hour and a half tonight being transferred between countless departments, waiting on hold, being hung up on, etc. Terrible customer support for someone who has spent $3000+ at your store this year.

As shared in our Outlet Buying Guide refurbished items would have a minimum 90 day warranty. A small card should’ve been included in the package to note how to seek assistance under it. We’re sorry if a card wasn’t included in your purchase. Visiting your local Best Buy would be the best way to seek further assistance on this matter.
