Future Returns May Be Declined....To an Elite Plus Buyer.....

I am an Elite Plus buyer at Best Buy. Or maybe I shoud say "was" an Elite Plus buyer.......

 

I bought 4 laptops for Christmas this year and returned 2 of them as my children wanted Macs and not PCs.

Then I went to return some Jabra headphones that didn't fit well  and got the warning that I may not return anymore items for 1 year.

 

I called the number that Best Buy gives to call......of course, the guy can barely speak English and can't answer any of my questions and just says the same canned lines about 4 times before I just hung up.

 

I went back into the store and spoke with a manager who states that it isn't up to Best Buy but the 3rd party who monitors returns.

 

So with no answers or satisfactory explanations, I will no longer shop at Best Buy. It appears in these forums this happens alot to customers. Christmas comes in 1 year again and I won't be buying from Best Buy. There are other options out there!!

I received a very prompt and curteous response  and was very pleased with the resolution!
