It’s not uncommon for our customers to prefer their receipts be emailed to them, rather than having a printed copy given to them during the time of their purchase, so your local store should be able to use a digital copy of the receipt to help exchange your gift, assuming the rest of your transaction falls within the terms of our Return & Exchange Promise, and they’re able to fully read your receipt, your local Best Buy store should be able to help with your request.
