Case number status

I ordered 3 items in November and got refunded for two but not the last one! It is now almost January and still nothing then I call and they say the warehouse hasn’t received the 3rd item but I ordered them together! But the website is saying that they got the item and has been refunded I need this fixed very poor service when I call they each tell me something different like call ur bank it will be on ur next bill cycle it is almost two bill cycles and nothing! I need my refund!

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for contacting us for assistance.  I know whenever I return my items, I’m hopeful the refund will be processed back to my account as soon as possible, so I completely understand your frustration with the delay in this process.

 

I’d like to review your order further to make sure we’re exploring all options, but for me to do so, I’ll need you to provide me a few pieces of additional information.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

This should be enough information for me to begin my research.  To send me this information privately, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.

Johnny {removed per forum guidelines},{removed per forum guidelines},{removed per forum guidelines}. The order number was for a ur boom speaker that says it’s been returned to warehouse on dec 3 but I never got no refund for the speaker but the other two items I did. Here is the order number {removed per forum guidelines}
