Black Friday Return incomplete

On Black Friday I purchased an iPad in the wrong color, a $249 32 GB gold colored IPad. Once I realized this I was not able to cancel the order I had made. I then waited to return the iPad, which was never opened. At the store I was told I could only get a partial refund. There was no mention of this in the receipts or order confirmation. I didn’t get back $29.99 for a software purchase that was listed as $0 in the total purchase of $249 for an IPad. I was very let down that Best Buy does this to customers. I never even downloaded or registered the software. I don’t see myself coming back on special holiday sales or regularly to make purchases at Best Buy. I was very let down and I hope Best Buy is able to fix this experience or provide better information for future buyers. I definitely won’t recommend Best Buy if this isn’t fixed.
