i want to have a android smart watch, which i can use for whatsapp, hangout and texting. is there any brand who provide a smart fitness wearable with these features??

Pretty much any smartwatch running Android Wear OS should work with these apps/features. I'm personally a fan of the Huawei Watch 2 Classic, but if you want one geared more towards fitness you can check out the Huawei Watch 2 Sports model.
