Im looking for a smartwatch and more leading towards Michael Kros  =  Access Bradshaw SmartWatch 44.5mm Stainless Steel  - Rose Gold but don't know whats the difference between these too.

Also is there like a Facebook app in the smartwatch? What apps are already in the watch?

It looks like it does include Facebook or you should be able to add it. Please check out the "From the Manufacturer" section on the product page. There is a "How-to: Touchscreen Smartwatch section toward the bottom. There you can see the functions of the watch.
