Hey there, everyone!
How’s your February going?
Mine is pretty solid. I have been working on my personal well-being.
For me, that doesn’t mean just getting in shape physically (which, I’m trying to do), but also by working on my overall wellness!
I’ve been working on meditation, getting into a good sleep schedule, and limiting my phone usage before bed.
I think that these things contribute to an overall well-being. I’ve also been using my Apple Watch to utilize the Breathe app to take a few minutes to myself throughout each day.
I’ve found that it does indeed help me focus more, and have a sharper mind to be able to think more clearly!
All-in-all, I’ve been practicing using my technology to be more mindful.
How do you use technology to be the best version of yourself?
Cheers,

Well I just loaded the new Dicks Sporting Goods app on my new phone and it immediatly prompted me to join a 10,000 step a day program that can link to a fitness wearable. The result is you can get $3 reward points for every 10,000 steps. Does not sound like a lot but it adds up.
Well my Fitbit isn't working anymore so I went into a BB near my office and started shopping for a new Fitness watch. I will probaby go with another FitBit but the Garmin ones look pretty sweet. I will probalby get one I can link use with my bike.

One of my colleagues just picked up one of the new Garmin watches, and it looks really great!
Both seem to be really great though, and offer a lot of nifty features.
Best of luck on your search, and be sure to let me know what you choose!
Cheers,
