Has anyone tried the Oura ring? I am looking for a way to track my heart rate and sleep, but I think an apple watch is not the answer since it can be distracting receiving notifications. I also love how this ring can track respiration. I suffer from very bad migraines so I would like to know throughout the day when I appear most stressed and know how well I’m sleeping like if I am reach deep REM.
Does anyone have experience with the ring or similar wearables that have the same capabilities?
Edit: If you have experience with a fitness tracking ring can you provide any details on the experience?
Also if you don’t what wearable do you use for the most detailed sleep tracking?
