After a recent update, my S2 smartwatch now has battery draining issues. I have been trying to factory reset but it just powers back on but no reset. Any ideas?

Hey Dennis,
Sorry you are having these issues with your Samsung Galaxy Gear S2 smartwatch. There is a way to hard reset this watch, and to learn how to do that go here on Samsung's website. I hope this helps.

I tried those steps numerous times but it never resets. It only powers back on with the same watch face and same news alert a from the other day.

Sorry to hear this. That would be the only suggestion I could get you to try and fix this. You are going to need to reach out to Samsung moving forward on this.
