Sorry you are having these issues with your Samsung Galaxy Gear S2 smartwatch. There is a way to hard reset this watch, and to learn how to do that go here on Samsung's website. I hope this helps.

Sorry to hear this. That would be the only suggestion I could get you to try and fix this. You are going to need to reach out to Samsung moving forward on this.
