Dear Best Buy,

Why is every "Ghost of Tsushima" edition listed on Best Buy missing the following Pre-Order Bonuses [Digital Download] in cart during checkout?

To be bluntly clear, when you go to the official PlayStation Direct Store product page listing for the "Ghost of Tsushima" Collector's Edition, the fine print with two asterisks specifially states the following:

"**Pre-order bonus code will be emailed within 3 business days after your order ships. Internet connection and an account for PlayStation Network required to redeem voucher.  Must redeem by 06/26/2023."

This means that those aforementioned Pre-Order Bonuses [Digital Download] are not provided by voucher within the product package for the Special & Collector's Editions for Ghost of Tsushima specifically.

Only the Ghost of Tsushima Launch Edition has the aforementioned Pre-Order Bonuses [Digital Download] provided by voucher within the product package.

The same fine print also applies to the Special Edition as well as for Ghost of Tsushima on the official PlayStation Direct Store product page.

Can Best Buy please fix their product pages for all editions of "Ghost of Tsushima", specifcally the Special & Collector's Editions of this game right away by reaching out to your corporate support teams regarding the missing Pre-Order Bonuses [Digital Download] in cart during checkout?

Thank you for your reply. I understand that your team is located at the Corporate Campus and I am appreciative that you are willing to give me some more details about the missing pre-order bonus content for the special & collectors editions of "Ghost of Tsushima" in the cart during checkout.

Now that you have done some digging, when do you think that you will receive the necessary additional information from Sony (the publisher) in order to update the product listings for the special & collectors editions of "Ghost of Tsushima"?

I ask this because currently all other retailers such as Gamestop, Amazon, Walmart and Target have the correct product listings for the special & collector's editions of "Ghost of Tsushima" as well as the aforementioned Pre-Order Bonus Content in cart during checkout.

I really would hate for me and other potential customers to have to go to another retailer such as Gamestop in order to pre-order the widely available "Ghost of Tsushima" Collectors Edition as soon as possible (this week) while Best Buy Corporate waits for the publisher Sony to respond back in order to update the product listings for all editions of this game (especially the Collectors Edition which is listed as Coming Soon).

Moreover, I also understand that a lot of Best Buy gamers still have their GCU membership active* (until mid to late April 2020) meaning that they are looking to pre-order the widely available "Ghost of Tsushima" Collectors Edition before it expires in the coming weeks.

* My Best Buy GCU membership expires April 18, 2020.

Just a heads up for everyone, all product listings for "Ghost of Tsushima" including the Special & Collectors Editions as well as the Launch Edition have been updated to include the following "Free item with purchase" in cart during check-out on Best Buy.

Thanks to my valiant efforts, in the past 2 days alone I have successfully secured a pre-order for the following items:

A) The Collectors Edition of "Ghost of Tsushima" with the updated product listing showing the "Sony - Ghost of Tsushima Pre-Order Bonus" in cart during check out as well as in my order status for $144.15 in total with taxes using my soon to expire Gamers Club Unlocked Membership (expires on April 18th).

B) The Ellie Edition of "The Last of Us Part II" with the product listing showing the "The Last of Us Part II Pre-Order Bonus" in cart during check out as well as in my order status for $195.03 in total with taxes using my soon to expire Gamers Club Unlocked Membership (expires on April 18th).

In the end, good luck to everyone trying to successfully secure a pre-order for The Collectors Edition of "Ghost of Tsushima" and/or The Ellie Edition of "The Last of Us Part II" where i would recommend to be very valiant on checking Best Buy online around the clock.
