i accidentally uninstalled my driver but i reinstalled it an now my games fps is at 20. any way to fix this?

One thing to remember that major graphics cards manufacturers often set restore points on your PC, That way if something goes awry you can go back to where it way.

Here is a link to the official Microsoft site which may help you out. Please note that System Restore won't always work and you should only use these tools with the help of a professional such as Geek Squad if you don't feel comfortable with doing so yourself.
