bought the game 2 days ago still haven't gotten my code. support on twitter is giving me the run around and your phone number takes me to someone in appliance who then gave me the number for gift cards which had no options about undelivered digital goods.
I don't get why it takes so long to get me my digital code. its a digital code. amazon delivers them instantly. its that easy. you buy the game digitally and a code is generated and sent out immediately. I wouldn't be so furious if I wasn't told it takes literal days to figure out whats going on and now I'm being ghosted by your support on twitter.
I want my game. I literally purchased the thing. now give me what I purchased.

I can completely understand wanting to receive your digital code as quickly as you can after ordering it. The last thing that we want is to delay your enjoyment of a digital game once the order has processed.

why this title and why wasn't I warned about this in advance. a little disclaimer on the digital page saying "wait times for this title are longer than usual" or something.
I'm sorry but this is frustrating. you tell me to keep working with josh but josh hasn't responded to me to keep me updated on what's happening and really it just doesn't seem right that this is taking so long when its just a digital code.
yeah I want to play the thing I bought. the thing I paid for.

I know that Josh is currently working on the issue with our support teams. This wasn't an expected issue, and once Josh has an update, I know he'll provide more information.
