disappointed with after-sales support: I do not receive my code

First of all, I insist on saying I always did online shopping, but I've never felt so badly treated as a consumer. Frankly, I did not expect this treatment from BestBuy:
a week ago, I made a purchase of a digital code for the Nintendo Switch, BestBuy support informed me that the codes were out of stock. Accessing the site on today's date, I realize the stock has been reset (Mario Tennis Ace). so I have only one question: why have not I received mine yet?
Sorry, but I'm tired of waiting.

I just got the code on Amazon.com. I'm already downloading, I canceled the purchase. shame on you BestBuy
