digital library problem

Good night, I have a problem with a purchase you make of an xbox gift card for an amount of $ 15. The thing is that the code has not reached my digital library, in the mail I have received a code that I do not know where to enter it, it should be in the library item but I repeat, it does not appear. Help please, happy day.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. For an Xbox gift card, the code should be emailed to you, rather than be put in your digital library,a s it needs to be entered into Microsoft's site.

 

You can do that here, or on the Xbox itself. Please let me know if you have any questions.

This is the message I received in the mail, it contains a serial to continue my purchase, but, neither in the purchase nor in the digital library nor in any other section is it to be able to enter the code sent to me.

Thanks for clarifying that. If that happens, you'll want to go back to your shopping cart on our site. It should allow you to enter the code there, to complete your purchase.

the purchase is already made! It simply tells me in the object that I must follow email instructions, and in the mail only that previously mentioned.

That purchase would not be completed until after you entered that verification code. I'd suggest going back to your cart and double-checking to see if it asks for the code.

The cart is empty! The purchase of the code has been made! just ask me to enter the email and "follow the instructions"
