Today was by far the worst customer service experience ive ever had and will be the last. Will be cancelling my elite membeership all cuz ive been hung up on and gave the run around cuz they never sent out my digital code. Customer service agents are some of the most ignorant people ive talked to today. Wonder how much longer i have to wait for a digital code that should only take 30 mins to recieve.
