Hi,

When I go to pick up my pre-order of Zelda Skyward Sword from my local Best Buy store tomrrow I'm wondering what I need to do to get the bonus "Tech Decals" that are listed on the game's store page on www.bestbuy.com here:

Would I just be able to pick up the bonus when I pick up the order tomorrow or do I need to have someone add the bonus to my oder to actually get the item.  I previously missed out on a similar pre-order bonus with Mario Golf as my local store wasn't able to do anything.

Chat support also wasn't sure what do, other than canceling the order and re-ordering with the bonus included.  I'm a bit hesitant to do that as I did use some Best Buy point certificates on the order and I'm not sure what will happen to thoise points/certificates if I cancel the order.  I'd prefer just to have bonus added to my existing order, even the bonus needs to be shipped instead of picked up in store.

Well... I ordered online and the pre order decals were not included... So, yeah, thanks for nothing Best Buy.

Thank you for visiting our community forums again and reaching out to us regarding your pre-order. I know it's always great to get a bonus with your purchase and I would be glad to provide some more details on how this process works.

Generally, if a bonus item is added after you place your pre-order this will automatically be added to your order. As these items are often available in limited quantities, they may not be added to every order or purchase.

If you picked up your order at your local Best Buy I would recommend working with them if these decals were not added to your order. If you had your order shipped to me, please feel free to send me a private message with your full name, email address, phone number and order number so I can see what options we may have to assist you.

Hi, I was one of the customers who preordered this game when it became available for preorder but didn’t get my bonus decals in my package today. Is there any way to still get these? My cousin preordered this a month ago and got the decals

Luckily, the store I picked up the game from had extra of the pre-order bonus decal and I was able to get one with minimal hassle. It did take a manager override.

It's like $9 off right now on the website and offers the stickers. Tempted to buy it again and then return the one I paid full for and they couldn't be bothered with the preorder bonus.
