I preordered the Link's Awakening Dreamer's Edition back in June, literally when it first became available. I am now receiving a shipping delay. I've really been anticipating playing this today, and now there's no way this is going to happen. When will I receive my item? I've contacted support, but they're clueless.

I'm in the same exact boat as you are. I pre-ordered online on June 11th, the day the E3 Nintendo Direct showed off the new trailer for the game. Like you said, first day it was available on Best Buy to be pre-ordered. I was looking forward to getting it launch day as all other Collector/Limited Editions I've gotten from Best Buy in the past have come through on launch day (even one day earlier on some occasions). It was a little weird seeing that shipping delay show up the night before and figured maybe it would ship out launch day. Unfortunately, nothing has changed so far and my order status is still showing up as there being a shipping delay. I've contacted support via the Elite concierge line and they just told me to wait for a tracking number. I've also reached out via twitter dms to the support page but no response yet. I'll keep you posted if anything changes for me.

Thank you for connecting with us regarding your pre-orders for The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening: Dreamer Edition! I remember playing these games throughout my youth, and understand how exciting this release is. With that said, I understand the delay notices you received may have caught you by surprise. We do our best to ensure pre-orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and received as close to the release date as possible. Because of a myriad of factors beyond our control, this isn't always possible though.

Its the same with my order as well, i ordered it the day they anouced the game and i have th e same thing. Best Buy associates on the phone and on the chat are boh clueless and dont understand that trying to cancel the order the order and offering a refund is not an acceptable solution you know. I spend thousands of $s at best buy and should never have to experience something liek this where you can't get your order you make
