I recently bought a Digital 12th month membership for Xbox live gold on bestbuy.com when tried to redeem the code it said the code was already redeem. I checked my xbox and Microsoft account and it did not renew my xbox live gold membership.
I called customer service they told me to email them at bestbuy.com with a screenshot of the error code for it. But I could not find the email address they were talking about?

These codes are sent directly from Microsoft. I would recommend working with Xbox Support for further assistance.
