I just bougt this on 22 November 2020
Microsoft - Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 3 Month Membership [Digital]
and I see my credit card has been charged
and it has been hours but I did not even receive a single email for my order; and my account shows nothing in the digital library. I am not able to check on the order and purchase status because I was not given any order number.
I tried live chat and they insisted I must call a number to check. But I cannot do that because I am not in the US.
For some reason, the live chat staff says he is unable to deal with digital library issues, am unable to forward my request for a check, and not able to provie an email address to contact someone who could help.
I hope someone can help me soon...
