I appreciate you taking the time to write us about your Xbox One controller. It’s definitely a bummer to learn that it broke. My son would have a whole cow anytime his would break. I’ve learned to know how important it is to have a protection plan. I’m happy to take a look and see which Geek Squad Protection Plan (GSP) is on your controller.
