Xbox Live Gold digital code email never received

I purchased three 12-month Xbox Live Gold digital cards from bestbuy.com ($180 worth) and never received an email with the actual codes even though my purchases page says instructions have been emailed. I have checked the obvious places like my spam folder and I've searched my emails. It just never came. I contacted support already and the customer support person I spoke with said it would take,"...34 - 48 hrs to receive the resent codes". It's been a little under 48 hrs at this point but I doubt they're coming. Is there a higher level of support I can contact?

Thank you for posting on our forum for support. I hate to hear you've been left waiting on your Xbox card codes to show up in your email. I bet you've been anxious to get ahold of these finally, and I'm hoping I can provide the help you need now.


Have you seen these codes come through since your post here? If not, please send me a private message including your full name, email, phone number, and order number. You can find the blue option to message me to the right of my name below.

Hi Allison,
Yes. I called support again and they forwarded my issue to the "code master" and they resent the emails. I ended up using a different email address to make sure I got them.
