Hello, I recently purchased a digital code for one month of Xbox Game Pass from BestBuy. However, I did not receive an email with the redemption code. I have checked my inbox, spam, junk folders and rechecked them multiple times. It is nowhere to be found. I have already reached out to customer support once. They told me they would resend the email with the code and was told I would receive said email within the next 2 hours. 2 hours came and went and still no email received. It has been well over 24 hours since my original purchase and I feel as if I have wasted $15. I've already spent more time and energy on this than it is worth. Thanks to anyone that can help me.

Purchasing an Xbox Game Pass membership digitally is usually a great way to get your membership started as soon as possible, so it’s disappointing to hear there seems to be a delay with the delivery of your code.
