Last night I tried to place an order on BestBuy.com for Xbox All Access for store pickup, for an Xbox Series S. The financing was approved by Citizen's Bank, but then when I hit the button to place the order it just gave me an error and wouldn't allow me to place the order. I tried several times with both Safari and Firefox. Same results every time.
I haven't received an order confirmation from Best Buy, but I have received an email from Citizen's Bank with my account details there and how to set up auto pay. So basically, I took a credit hit and I'm being charged $600+ for nothing.
So then I tried to just order the Xbox Series S on its own, which said it was in stock and available for pickup, but it wouldn't let me place an order that way either.
I order from Best Buy a lot and I know that when you don't pick up your order within a certain amount of time it automatically cancels/refunds it. But I'm worried that this is just stuck in limbo and I'll still be charged for nothing because it seems like there was a glitch since I never received confirmation from Best Buy about the order.

It sounds like a communication error between Best Buy and Citizens bank. Since you did not get a confiramtion from BB that is why I think that.
Log into your BB account online and see if the transaction is in there.
I would call Citizens directly and talk to them.
Perhaps they are not going to release it until you set up payments with them.

Thanks for reaching out about your recent attempt at ordering the Xbox Series S console using the Xbox All Access Program. This is a great way to get the console with the Game Pass Ultimate and more without having to pay for it all at once. I can understand though the concern that you're being charged for the Xbox All Access program if your order didn't go through. I'd be happy to look into this with you.
As far as the possible charges with Citizens One, I would recommend contacting them using the options they have listed here: http://www.service.citizensone.com.
